Privacy Policy

Kookaburra Kitchens & Joinery Pty Ltd collects the information you provide when you enquire about a project. This may include your name, contact details, project address, room requirements, budget, timing, and any photos, plans or video links you choose to share.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your project and discuss the next steps. Sending an enquiry does not book an appointment, accept a quotation or subscribe you to marketing.

Our website form sends your enquiry and attachments to our business email account. Attachments are processed temporarily by the website server and are not intentionally published in the website’s public image library. Your enquiry may remain in our email systems and backups. Our hosting and email providers process information to deliver these services.

The website uses technical measures to operate the form and limit spam. External services linked from our website, including our shop, WhatsApp and social media platforms, have their own privacy practices.

Please only send information you have permission to share. Do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information unrelated to your project. Optional fields can be left blank, and you can contact us by phone instead.
